純蛋白質減肥法除了成效不大，還會帶來毒性副作用。因為維持血糖水平對腦、心等重要器官是必要的，脂肪並不能被轉化為葡萄糖來維持血糖水平，所以身體一定會把蛋白質分解為葡萄糖。
分解蛋白質會剩下含氮的有毒殘餘物，肝臟會轉化含氮殘餘物為尿素和尿酸，再透過尿液排出體外。分解蛋白質和其後的解毒程序都耗用大量維他命、礦物質和能量。
節食者一來會感到虛弱和精疲力竭。二來因為本身體內缺乏營養素（營養負債）和飲食缺乏（只吃肉），而令身體無法解毒，積聚大量毒素，造成細胞機能失調，生命反應受壓抑變慢，可造成一切慢性疾病。
當停止節食時（再吃蔬菜和生果時），會發生強烈的解毒反應，令人感覺不適，這是必要的身體自保反應，但不代表停止節食就可原全解毒，尤其使用現代缺乏營養的飲食方法。
其實最有效健康的減肥方法是整體改善的飲食方法，並將它變成生活習慣，其後的文章再說。

愛美可能是女人的終生事業，而肥胖可能是美麗的最大敵人。有女性朋友問過我食肉減肥法，即是純蛋白質減肥法。
簡單來說，這方法成效不大，還會帶來毒性副作用。
純蛋白質減肥法要求完全不吃碳水化合物，包括水果和蔬菜和澱粉類食品，而多吃肉類、魚。它的原理是：「如果只吃蛋白質而不吃糖份或澱粉質，便沒有能量來源，人體自然便會拆解自己既有的組織（脂肪）去做燃料。」
因為沒有提供碳水化合物，剛開始時體重可能會引人注目地減輕。但燃燒脂肪的代謝反應是同時需要大量維他命和礦物質的。由於肥胖者本身內在缺乏營養素（營養負債），加上他們只吃魚和肉，維他命和礦物質供應不足。
所以身體不能有效燃熱脂肪，這方法成效不大。
即使有所「成效」，身體會處於更缺乏營養的狀態，當回復原本的飲食方法，尤其含有大量精製碳水化合物（糖、白米飯等）時，會很容易回復增加體重，甚至增加得比原本多。

咖啡因導致糖尿病
餐後飲咖啡令血糖大升

加拿大一項研究顯示，餐後飲咖啡不但不能解油膩，更可能令血糖加倍升高，影響健康。
加拿大圭爾夫大學的研究人員利用「脂肪雞尾酒」方法發現了咖啡因對血糖的這一影響。
在一般的「脂肪雞尾酒」方法中，研究者首先設計一種類脂物飲品，人飲用它的效果與攝入脂肪相同。然後，研究對象喝下一定量的類脂物飲品，模擬吃一頓大餐的脂肪攝入狀況。飲後6小時，每個研究對象再喝下一杯糖水，接著檢查這些研究對象的血糖水平。
據有關報告，加拿大研究人員挑選了一組健康的男性研究對象。其研究結果表明，吃一頓大餐後再喝糖水，研究對象的平均血糖水平會比未吃大餐僅喝糖水的健康人高出32%。
在進一步的研究中，研究人員在餐後5小時讓研究對象每人喝兩杯咖啡，1小時後，再喝一杯糖水。血糖測量結果發現，研究對象的平均血糖水平比未吃大餐僅喝糖水的健康人高出65%。這意味著，咖啡因加劇了高脂肪飲食對健康的損害。（新華社）
如果說得清楚一點，就是咖啡因(Caffeine)會導致糖尿病(Diabetes)，其實可以用整全營養學解釋。
糖尿病就是一種無法控制血糖水平的疾病狀態，可以是由於荷爾蒙胰島素(insulin)的制造不足，或是身體對胰島素的抗性被提高。糖尿病研究者證實給動物餵食一種名為尿嘌呤(Alloxan)的化學物會引發糖尿病。尿嘌呤會毒害胰臟內製造胰島素的細胞，透過殺死那些細胞而造成糖尿病狀態。
一位同時具有生物化學和藥理學學位的口腔外科醫生，阿弗雷德‧力高醫生(Dr. Alfred Nickel)在科學文獻中發現尿嘌呤可以在體內透過咖啡因產生，因此攝取大量咖啡因會產生大量尿嘌呤，會造成糖尿病或令現存的糖尿病更為嚴重。
力高醫生本身愛好喝咖啡，同時患有糖尿病，要服用胰島素來處理他的病情。他對自己進行實驗，在飲中撇除所有咖啡因，兩週後他可以停止服用胰島素，並從此不再需要。
尿嘌呤亦是自由基產生器，尿嘌呤會對胰臟產生累積性的破壞，持續時間越長，吃進越多咖啡因，就會造成越多無法修補的損害，最後容易促使胰臟癌發生。
咖啡因是我們飲食中一種常見的毒素，促成糖尿病、抑鬱症，甚致胰臟癌。它常見於咖啡、朱古力、汽水、茶，亦有某些品牌的香口膠，只要一片就含有相等於一杯咖啡的咖啡因份量；某品牌汽水，每350ml含有54mg咖啡因。
即使是去咖啡因(decaffeinated)產品亦會產生尿嘌呤，因為去咖啡因的過程只可以移除一些未結合和可溶解的咖啡因，產品中仍會含有其他已結合的咖啡因，產生尿嘌呤。

順勢療法於20年前處理核洩漏
20年前，於烏克蘭北部的切爾諾貝爾 (Chernobyl) 核電廠事故中，當中12個受到了嚴重感染的小朋友，他們的父母為他們到處找順勢療法醫生幫忙，找了六個月，終於找到了當時著名的愛爾蘭順勢療法醫生Mr. Eising。經過他的治療後，父母形容小朋友
“都戲劇性地改善”，當中他只用了兩隻療劑Lap-gr-m (花崗岩)及Lap-mar-c (大理石)。

健康是一個選擇，並非一場僥倖。這是一個只能由你作出決定的選擇。
接觸順勢療法這醫療事業接近三年了，整全營養學畢業，生理解剖學畢業，到現在家居護理亦到尾聲，學到的東西很多很多，對別人說的卻不夠，就算是最好的朋友，最親的家人都可能不知道順勢療法是什麼。
記得今年上common core Battle for bodies第一堂時，導師於堂上辯論的時間問：健康是一個選擇嗎？
有些人會認為患上疾病是不幸，不知道健康或疾病都是一個選擇，不論是飲食、生活習慣、所使用的醫療、或是對事物的看法，都是你的選擇，亦都影響你的健康。疾病並非一朝一夕而來的，當你選擇每天不屈不撓地進行破壞身體的習慣時，你就選擇了疾病。
但其實有更多人都是真正關心自己健康的，想選擇健康，卻仍然選擇錯誤。這是因為他們都不知道其實可以有更多的選擇，真正的選擇都被西醫、傳媒，甚至是政府隱瞞了。

Outbreaks were not limited simply to genital warts. Some patients experienced outbreaks
of warts on the face, hands, and feet. All warts are caused by strains of the papilloma
virus, but it is surprising that Gardasil, which was modeled to protect only against genital
warts, would cause outbreaks of warts caused by other strains of the papilloma virus.
While some of the outbreaks reported were fairly mild, such as a few warts on the hands
or feet, others were quite serious and symptoms persisted.

Subsequently, on an unspecified date the patient developed
warts on hands after receiving Gardasil. Medical attention
was sought. The patient's warts on hands persisted.
